KP Green Engineering is planning a capacity expansion of 2.94 Lakh Metric Tons Annum on a fresh location at Matar Village, Bharuch District, adjoining express highway.
A plot admeasuring 64,494 Sq. Mtr (square meters) has been acquired and construction plans being prepared to be fully operational by end of FY 2024-25, with the first phase commissioning by end of FY 2023-24. The project out lay will be Rs. 1592 million. The project will be equipped with a state-of-the-art galvanizing plant at the Matar site, featuring the largest galvanizing kettle in Asia, with a kettle size of 56 cubic meters—an upgrade from the existing 17 cubic meters—and a capacity of 1,100 tons of zinc. It will also house automatic CNC machines to produce engineering components for Heavy Fabrication Works like tabular wind towers, overhead bridges, mono pole power transmission towers, Pre Engineering Buildings , Metal Beam Crash Barriers etc . in addition to current Lattice Tower for wind, telecom and power transmission tower structures, Cable tray and Earthling Strips.
At KP Green Engineering, we are revolutionizing the industry with our state-of-the-art galvanizing plant at Matar. This cutting-edge facility features Asia’s largest galvanizing kettle, with an impressive 56 cubic meter capacity—a massive upgrade from the existing 17 cubic meters.
With a zinc capacity of 1,100 tons and a planned expansion of 90,000 MT per annum, our automated and encapsulated hot-dip galvanizing plant ensures superior corrosion protection, durability. This facility enhances our capability to deliver high-quality, long-lasting, and sustainable engineering solutions.
